This powerful guided meditation was created as an S.O.S. for the moments when you're at your edge. When life feels overwhelming and you don’t know what to do next.
Designed to gently expand the bandwidth of your nervous system, this audio helps you sit with discomfort instead of running from it. Whether you're in the midst of a dark night of the soul, feeling lost, anxious, loss, emotionally exhausted, or experiencing intense bodily sensations — this is a safe space to return to your body and ground your energy within it.
This offering was born out of a real moment: a close friend was going through a rough time, and I called and guided them through a somatic energy practice. It helped them feel more connected, present, regulated and bring their energy back into themselves. Afterwards, they admitted it was hard to do alone. That’s when I realised that it wasn’t just for them, what a great idea to create it for anyone navigating emotional storms without a guide and knowing what to do.
So I recorded this meditation with the intention that you feel supported in the very moments you’d usually escape. Let it hold you. Let it expand you. Let it remind you of your capacity to feel, to heal and to keep on expanding your capacity to hold all that you go through.
